I was wondering what the best approach to my yoga sessions would be. The area I currently want to focus on as "a rock" are my inner thighs. I currently have about 45 minutes each day that I'd like to dedicate to yoga.

Would it be better to do 2 videos of the yoga for rocks series in these 45 minutes or 1 video + 1 video of another body part that needs work.

Should I work the same muscles each day, or give them a day of rest?

I also wanted to thank you guys for this concept, because its been a tremendous help so far!

Hi all

One of the reasons for me downloading this app was the stiffness in my hips (groin area) when the person on top hooks my feet and spreads them wide.

This has always been a problem area for me, and was wondering which lessons would most suit my needs.

Thank you for taking the time to read this!

If hope you understand what I'm trying to say :)

I am curious. How do you decide what video/program to do on a day to day basis? Do you have any type of methodology when choosing? Do you just sit on your mat and say, “What do I feel like doing today?”

  • Twenty years ago I hyperextended my right big toe in high school wrestling practice. It has always bothered me a little bit off and on, but then I started jiu-jitsu a few weeks ago and ever since I haven't had any problems. I thought jiu-jitsu cured me.

  • Then two days ago, I was learning a basic guard sweep and I rolled my partners weight onto my active toes instead of over the top of my foot. It hurt like hell. I was able to finish the class without too much pain, but once I got to the laundromat after class I could barely walk.

  • Any suggestions for recovery and/or exercises to make reactivating the injury less likely going forward? I think this will probably be a life-long issue for me, but I want to do anything and everything I can to mitigate it.

  • I'm aware of Kurt Osiander's taping method and will use that when I'm able to train again.

Hi, is there no calendar function in the new version of the app? I found it really helpful to plan my sessions in advance to avoid wasting time searching first thing in the morning (before my brain has fully woken up!).

Hey all, any recommendations? I’ve done the beginner classes 4 times each, just finished first week of intermediate. Loving this! Feeling ten years younger. Should I just do the same week another 4-5 times?
