Yoga for BJJ

hi I’m doing BJJ and Yoga for BJJ about 10 years and so far I don’t have serious issues fortunately . But I have tight neck and lower back occasionally. My physio told me that I have lots of scar tissues and phasia on my body. Any suggestions on regular maintenance exercise? I’m trying to strengthen my neck and shoulders. Anybody tried iron neck? Thank you for your suggestion.

I’m experiencing the tightness on right scapula . My physiotherapist told me that I have very tight thoracic spine. I feel painful after BJJ sparing. I don’t feel that after boxing or yoga or weightlifting or yoga. Any tips? Thank you!
