Joel, all of us are suffering from finger pains from gripping. Besides taping, what is the best approach? Strengthening fingers?

Joel, it’s very good video. Can you teach me how to increase the shoulder range of motion when in squat position at the beginning of video? I can move shoulder more in butterfly position naturall. Thanks! Masa

Yes, Joel. It gets better for a couple of days and after BJJ, back to square one.
