Tom I have to look into these. Indian clubs sure look like they make wonders to shoulder strength.

Oh yes, now rehabing shoulder with rotator cuff and chronic inflammation issues.

In general improving mobility to counter ”aging effects” is the number one motivation, also maintaining body to be safe in mats for years to come.

About injuries, I have recovered from two LCL tears in record time using Y4BJJ.

One more with same issue with arthritic nodes on first joint. The pain has been on and off for 5+ years now and my left big toe barely bends from first joint. When I stub it during training the pain is really intense. What has helped me is that I simply tape the bad toe to next (althoug way smaller) toe. Something needs to be put between toes to avoin bending them sideways but when done correctly it works wonders. So at the moment I tape the toe even in there is no pain to avoid uncontrolled bending.
