Hi all,

Sorry if this has been asked before, I did have a look first but couldn't see it. What would be a good flow of stretches to help improve/enable me to go from mount to s legs (both sides) for the mounted armbar. I'm ok at doing my right leg, while keeping it relatively flat, but my left just won't move without me taking all pressure off my opponent, giving them enough space to esacpe.

I imagine the hips and hamstrings are the most important, I'm open to any help I can get with this.

Thanks in advance :)

This is a great addition, I remember asking for it during one of your surveys. So helpful, thank you!

Hi, does anyone have any tips or suggestions, or are there any sessions you've found, that can help with elbow tendonitis please? Thanks :)

Already feeling some relief, after I pulled a massive opponent onto my head in a takedown. Thanks!

Thanks for this programme it's been so helpful! I've not been able to train for about a month, but thanks to this, mixed with the upper back rehab and lots of rest, I'm ready to slowly go back to training, thanks! If you have any recommendations of what I can do now to continue to strengthen my rib in particular let me know :)
