Hi! I have a super tight chest that I want to start working on. I need to stretch it to slacken my rear delts and traps. They’re really over stretched and starting to cause issues. So, keeping that in mind, top 5 stretches / poses for chest please. 😁

I have many times. One of my go to videos. :) Am I right in saying that the lats seem to be very hard to slacken or relax? Oh so many trigger points. Lol

I have been dealing with a shoulder injury for the better part of the year. I’ve come to realize that a lot of the pain I feel is caused from very tight lats. What do you suggest I do to help stretch my lats or release some triggerpoints in them? Any class in particular?

As far as shoulders go, how about some rehab for the ac joint after healing from a separation. The pain never seems to go away.
