When I do pigeon, I’m never able to feel any stretch on the front hip of my back leg. I only feel a stretch in my front leg glute. Suggestions?

I have been doing some research on my standing position, in relation to my back pain. From my research, it seems that I walk externally rotated. I’d like to know what some good stretches are, or some good flows are, to help with internal rotation.

First time I’ve done one of Stine’s classes. It was hard to keep my mind from wandering and not fidget, but I always have that issue in a Yin class. A few modifications to help my arthritic knees were needed. All in all a very relaxing session. 😊

I also train Muay Thai. I’ve never been able to head kick. Could you either make a video series for high kicking, or tell me what stretches I should focus on? :)
