Hi Jay. I’m 49. I lift almost every day. Not because I need it for suplimentation, but because I really enjoy it. That being said, yoga and BJJ 4 times a week should be plenty for you.

There’s so many! This is probably my favourite. When Ryan Hall was a purple belt, I saw him teach the arm triangle. I was able to understand his instruction so well that it made me re think how I executed ALL strangles. To this day, the arm triangle is my most successful sub. :)
