the reasons why is that i had many injuries, used to have a drug problem, came to late to graduation, mostly trained nogi so i recently learned legdrag and kneeslide properly.
i combine escapeology bjj and yoga for bjj as a morning routine normanly after i taken a outside walk, i find it a super strong morning routine that makes me feel good the rest of the day.
Now moneyt is tight but hopefully may ill get my blue belt since i got my whitebelt 2012 im probably one of the most experienced whitebelts...Â
Yogaforbjj help me get fruit to get it happen, my hip neck, shoulders feels so much better and little quraks comapred to normal yoga makes you feel powerful knowing its crossing over perfectly to bjj and gives you a perfect and realistic challange. Love it.
