Greetings all. New to the community. I’m 48 years old and have been training for about a year (though trained for 4 years about 10 years ago - ego kept producing injuries - I’m mostly wiser now). I’m about 210 and 6’2 on the more muscular side.
I’m going to commit to YogaBjJ as part of my routine to allow me to keep longevity and improve my game.
My question is whether I should try and supplement Yoga with weightlifting as well or whether I’ll get all the strength i need here. Have 3 young kids, run a business and so time is at a premium after 4-5 days a week of BJJ training.
Any thoughts or similar experiences welcome. Thank you

What is the program? Keep looping through these? Have limited time on top of life, kids, BJj and weights so 15 minutes is doable.
