Hi! I have a super tight chest that I want to start working on. I need to stretch it to slacken my rear delts and traps. They’re really over stretched and starting to cause issues. So, keeping that in mind, top 5 stretches / poses for chest please. 😁
On the front split in the 10 minute intro course, does it matter if the knee tracks inside or outside of the elbow? I feel like I would be more comfortable and less blocked if me knee was outside the elbow.

Managed to "semi dislocate" my left knee last night, embarrassingly, by just rolling 😂. Knee seems to have popped and jumped out of joint. Initially I couldn't straighten my leg and was in pain but after sitting and letting it rest, leaning it to the left, it popped back in. I could then straighten my leg again. Nothing feels ripped and there is a bit of pain but not much. Looking for some rehab exercises to tighten everything up. Don't want that to recur and really don't want to test any ligaments

I just finished “beginner 10 by 10” twice and I notice pain in my lower back. What suggestion recommend for next step ?
