Is there a way to make the back button go back to the main page instead of exiting out of the app? I'm using an older version of android, so this might just be a me issue. I wanted to put it in the community section just in case anyone else was experiencing it.

Managed to "semi dislocate" my left knee last night, embarrassingly, by just rolling 😂. Knee seems to have popped and jumped out of joint. Initially I couldn't straighten my leg and was in pain but after sitting and letting it rest, leaning it to the left, it popped back in. I could then straighten my leg again. Nothing feels ripped and there is a bit of pain but not much. Looking for some rehab exercises to tighten everything up. Don't want that to recur and really don't want to test any ligaments

I have been dealing with a lower back injury for over year and half. My back healed but with some lingering. About two months ago I suffered a groin injury. Since then my back has been in pain.
I have been dealing with a shoulder injury for the better part of the year. I’ve come to realize that a lot of the pain I feel is caused from very tight lats. What do you suggest I do to help stretch my lats or release some triggerpoints in them? Any class in particular?
