Hi all, there’s some comments about your ability to contact Seb or YogaForBjj about access. I can’t speak to everyone’s individual circumstances but I had never had any problem until recently. I purchased a new package but wasn’t getting any replies. It took me a week or two to think to check my Spam folder. Problem solved.

I’m not sure whether that would help everyone but it’s an option.

I recently broke my ankle in 3 places. Been non weight bearing for 10 weeks and now I can start to walk with a boot and crutches but obviously ankle is stiff…what’s the best way to get my mobility back considering I have screws and plates holding my ankle together and the fracture isn’t fully healed

Hi there!

Following in my previous post, o have been doing the mobility challenge for the past 7 weeks or so. At least 4 times a week sometimes every day.

I can still do the same but would you recommend anything else to continue? I have very tight traps and not so great posture, it has gotten better but still work to do. Also one of my knees is very stiff due to surgery.

I like to do yoga at nightime. Anything you suggest? I'm very flexibly in some ways and not flexible at all in other ways. Extremely tight thoracic spine and neck (posutre), and my adductors have seized up after my knee locking for 2 years, i'm 11 weeks post surgery now so should be fine.

Maybe start on yoga for rocks? What do you think?

Hi guys!

New to this community, only scored a 4 on the mobility tests. Wondering how to progress, i assume I should do the mobility classes first? Then step1, step 2 and step 3 ? I like to have things structured and plan ahead to make sure I commit to it.

I train bjj 4 times a week plus 3 days of weights, I can easily add 20 mina daily of yoga. Also stretches before/after training.

Today I did mobility class 1.

Any suggestions?

Progress! Little things daily, I had written off any sort of straight leg forward fold. There is a significant danger in middle aged dudes of rupture or strain on the Achilles or hamstring. But today just ten minutes ago in my regular work clothes, boots and jeans I touched the floor with straight legs! What progress have you seen as you’ve trained yoga? Let’s share and motivate each other.
