Traps and posture go together. I recorded a posture video where you learn about hip and lower back placement, and how that is the foundation for good posture.Â
You can start on the standard pipeline with the 10 in 10, startup week, and move on to foundation program eventually. The mobility program is a great intro, but a lot of yoga is missing in it that you can now learn that will help a lot.
