Hi there!
Following in my previous post, o have been doing the mobility challenge for the past 7 weeks or so. At least 4 times a week sometimes every day.
I can still do the same but would you recommend anything else to continue? I have very tight traps and not so great posture, it has gotten better but still work to do. Also one of my knees is very stiff due to surgery.
