I have been trying to do the splits for at least 5 years. Ill try this tomorrow for sure. However, I think I’m one of those people who can’t be flexible or good at Jiu Jitsu (16 years for that). Oh well. Lol
I enjoyed this so much. Well done!

I don’t seem to be able to make my knees point to the ceiling like you mentioned at the beginning. My feet sort of point back towards my body, if that makes sense. Do you think this is physiological or should it be something that I try and force and will come with time?
