What happened to the thrive cart site? Did I just lose my progress?

Update: thrive cart is just having some technical issues and they should be getting it going again soon.

Grasp your belt at a comfortable distance until you can work your way to full clasped.

Had a similar issue with the app for the 200hr training and had to email Sebastian to get it resolved. He’s usually pretty quick to respond.

Don’t over look body proportions some folks cannot do the L-sit swing without blocks or props.

The US military and veteran folks will know one of these a the 8 count hand release push up.

Could you also grip a belt for those without the mobility behind the back?

In my limited experience the best yoga instructors are guides for your exploration within your mat space. Yoga is unique to each individual within their practice. Just like BJJ everyone’s guard looks a little different, and some radically different due to limitations they experience.

Jyri Rintala I’m sorry I forgot to mention earlier, but I have found great success utilizing Indian clubs for shoulder rehab mobility and strength. The wonderful thing is the best training materials are in the public domain and can be downloaded from library of congress. Enjoy!
