Does anybody have advice on what to focus on?
Recovered from a disk herniation that occurred a year ago.
Back rolling now but having issues with anterior pelvic tilt resulting in lower back pain returning.
I've noticed in my gymnastics training I struggle to keep my lower back flat during the lower portions of things like dragon flags and leg raises,it always arches during the lower portion of the movement recreating my lower back pain.
Which areas should I focus on stretching and if anyone has suggestions for any program here I can follow that'd help It'd be greatly appreciated!
