Adam - I love this idea and the first two classes. For me, I'd like to see 2 or 3 @20 minute classes included before the final 34 minute class. This would make less of jump between the first classes and then the final class. Even if it's just linking two of the first classes together but new content would be better, of course. 🙏🏽
