Hey guys I’m currently doing the yoga for rocks programs and wondered to get the best out of each individual series would it be better to do each series back to back (for example yoga for rocks hip twice, before moving onto inverted guard twice) or go through all of them once then and then start again (for example hips, inverted guard, legs shoulders and then start again from hips). Sorry for the long question lool
