I started Y4BJJ casually, because i was searching for something to do at my home when i'm not going to BJJ...
So i found Y4BJJ and i liked it immediatly because of Sebastian's "method" is very similar to mine...at the beginning i didn't care too much about the "yoga" side of training but now i care about it also...
Now i do Y4BJJ every morning since about half december, i completed the startup program e i'm going to start the foundation program... Cheers to everybody! :-)
Hello, i was thinking if it is the best to do YFBJJ before or after training. I like to do YFBJJ in the morning, right after waking up, but i usually do stretching after training. Have you got any advice about when it is the best to do YFBJJ? Thanks, Massimo
