How can i upload my yogaforbjj 10/30 so i can become approved affiliate?

 can i upload a 10 minute video here where i show a morning 10/30 i did so you can get a sense of who i am? Its in swedish it should be no problem for some of you like sebastian and stine.

this has been the one thing latly that been taking my body home. First time i met sebsatian was a yoga class at frontier mma oslo 2015, and i always had hes idea in mind, however never engaged fully with it on his youtube channel.

A few weeks ago that changed when i was stiff after dealing with my staffinfection in my foot i really needed something extra to fuel my dream to comeback and do jiujutsu.This has been it and just the first set of doing the hips i wrote down how i felt and i felt so calm, relaxed and optimistic.Have been doing it everyday since sebastians and 10for 30 day and night and i am living the fruit of that commitment right now and will continue to do this and hopefully get accepted as affiliate so that i can continue to spread this knowledge and mix it with the other engagements i do im my life like massage and soulutionknowledge.
