we're working on a new website and platform, where the comments are at the front of the dashboard and not hidden 4 levels deep!

Nick  sorry, there is only one person working on the website now and it's me Sebastian. there is no particular order to the rocks videos. these programs are made to fit everyone, and you're meant to skip things that hurt or is too hard. it's impossible to give specific and at the same time general advice, because of the extreme variety in flexibility levels and body types.

Hey matt! a mistake on my part when i updated the program yesterday. fixed again now!

Hi Gabriel, thanks for sharing!

The knee needs to take its time, don't stress improvement with it.

Traps and posture go together. I recorded a posture video where you learn about hip and lower back placement, and how that is the foundation for good posture.

You can start on the standard pipeline with the 10 in 10, startup week, and move on to foundation program eventually. The mobility program is a great intro, but a lot of yoga is missing in it that you can now learn that will help a lot.

thanks! remember to schedule your next class every time you finish one, to make consisteny easier!

yes the front leg glute is where the pigeon is supposed to work, as a general rule. the front of back leg is better adressed in low lunge and king arthurs pose!
