I appreciate the reminders that this applies to our Jiu Jitsu. Makes me focus on that and for me makes the stretching more meaningful.

Will be returning to this one on the regular. Just what I need as my lower back is super tight after rolling. Thanks!!

I love this series and are these enough to become more flexible or should we incorporate more stretch routines into our daily schedule?

These are amazing!! Thank you! Years of weight training have made me stiff, this is a godsend.
