Hi guys!
New to this community, only scored a 4 on the mobility tests. Wondering how to progress, i assume I should do the mobility classes first? Then step1, step 2 and step 3 ? I like to have things structured and plan ahead to make sure I commit to it.
I train bjj 4 times a week plus 3 days of weights, I can easily add 20 mina daily of yoga. Also stretches before/after training.
Today I did mobility class 1.
Any suggestions?
