I've gone through the 10 for 10 videos a few times now and would like to move on to something that covers multiple muscle groups a day that is still in the beginner zone, or maybe 2 videos to alternate every other day. Thanks!
What is your favourite video for when your body hurts everywhere?
I cannot sit on my heels at all, I think its a combination of my quads ankles and knees all being stiff and tight. Whats the best video that'll help with all or at least most of that?
Hello yoga for BJJ family!
Why did you join? What keeps you going ? What are your 2024 yoga for bjj goals?
Me personally I am using this app heavily to assist with recovery after acl surgery as I plan to return to full time jiu jitsu training. I hope to attain a full ass to grass squat again by June/july it’s been a real humbling 6 months.
Last week I was playing half guard , left knee shield up . Opponent basically dove onto left side of body , pain immediately. Xray shows no fracture , left side sensitive to touch . Told intercostal strain .
Any tips or exercises to point me in right directions
I tap very quickly to americanas as I have very poor flexibility in that range of motion. Is there a yoga stretch that could help with this? Thanks
I feel I can’t get my heel close enough to my spine to be able to generate enough force to twist and push. What’s tight? Or is it technique. Please help and advise
I don’t make resolutions, but goals. One of my goals this year, is to complete 300+ days of Yoga for BJJ. 😁
Hello, i was thinking if it is the best to do YFBJJ before or after training.
I like to do YFBJJ in the morning, right after waking up, but i usually do stretching after training.
Have you got any advice about when it is the best to do YFBJJ?
Thanks, Massimo
