We start the week with some isometric holds and foam rolling that we can build on as the week progresses.

Video 2 - Shoulder & Rotator Cuff Rehab
We start by using the theraband to add some load to our isometric holds, this is followed by strength and mobility work.

Video 3 - Shoulder & Rotator Cuff Rehab
We continue to build shoulder mobility and strength through the full range of motion with some more belt work and some movements.

Video 4 - Shoulder & Rotator Cuff Rehab
Exercises from the push up position add further strength to the upper back and shoulders along with light mobility work.

Video 5 - Shoulder & Rotator Cuff Rehab
You’ll add some rotations, renegade rows and presses to the strength portion of the video, finish off with foam rolling.
